Description:
MON5 competent E. coli cells are comparable to the DH5α strain. Both the chemical- (5003, 5003-S) and electro- (5003-E) competent cells are optimized for high-efficiency transformations (> 1X109 and 1X1010 transformants/µg DNA, respectively). Well-suited for subcloning and cDNA library construction.
Blue/white screening compatible.
Supplied with pUC19 control plasmid and SOC medium.
