MON5 Chemically competent E.coli

Description:

• MON5 chemically competent E.coli cells, comparable to DH5-alpha strains, are optimized for high-efficiency transformation (>1X10⁹ CFU/µg ). These cells are well suited for subcloning and cDNA library construction and are blue/white screening compatible.

• Nalidixic acid resistant (∆gyrA96)
