MON2 Chemically competent E.coli

Description:

• MON2 chemically competent E.coli cells are similar to the BL21 (DE3) expression strain. These cells carry the pLysS plasmid that suppresses basal expression from T7 promoter, allowing for expression of harmful genes.

Additional Information:

• more efficient for lysis than standard BL21 (DE3)
• Supplied with control pUC19 plasmid DNA, and 10 ml SOC medium.
