MON1 Chemically competent E.coli

Description:

• MON1 chemically competent E.coli cells, comparable to DH10B and TOP10 strains, are optimized for high-efficiency transformation (>1X10⁹ CFU/µg ). These cells are well suited for generating high quality DNA for sequencing and are blue/white screening compatible.

• Suitable for propagation of most plasmids, including those derived from BAC vectors
• Suitable for blue/white screening on X-gal plates usinglacZ alpha complementation
• Recombination deficient (recA^-)
• Produces high quality plasmid DNA (endA^-)
