Powerscribe MMLV Reverse Transcriptase
is derived from the
pol gene of Murine Moloney Leukemia Virus and expressed in
E. coli. It synthesizes DNA from an RNA or DNA template primed with a DNA oligonucleotide. Suitable for all RT applications including cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, primer extension, nucleotide labeling and dideoxy sequencing, this highly purified formulation contains low DNA content and reduced RNAse H activity.
