Description:

These high-fidelity DNA Polymerases are derived from the hyperthermophile Pyrococcus furiosus and expressed in E. coli. The Pfu DNA Polymerase exhibits 3‘-5' exonuclease (proofreading) activity which makes Pfu polymerase one of the most accurate DNA polymerases available. These highly purified formulations feature an extremely low DNA content and are useful for a variety of techniques which require high fidelity DNA amplification.
