Description:
Klenow Fragment (3´» 5´ exo- ) is an N-terminal truncation of  E.coli DNA Polymerase I. This tuncation deletes the domain containing the 5´» 3´ exonuclease activity leaving the polymerase activity intact.  Klenow Fragment (3´» 5´ exo- ) also has two mutations (D355A, E357A) which abolish the 3´» 5´ exonuclease activity (1). Our high concentration preparations are suitable for robotic applications and all formulations feature low DNA content.
