PowerScribe MMLV Reverse Transcriptase

is derived from the pol gene of the Murine Moloney Leukemia Virus (MMLV) and expressed in E. coli. This reverse transcriptase has weak RNaseH activty and can use either DNA or RNA template to generate DNA polymers. Suitable for use in all reverse transcription applications, including cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, dideoxy sequencing, and incorporation of labeled -nucleotide for generation of (e.g. microarray) probes.
